Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping will be processed usually within 2 - 3 business days.

Please contact us for questions that you have about shipping questions, most shipping dates will be from Monday through Friday.

You may return items within 30 days from original invoice date. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

By purchasing from our website, the user agrees that any damages incurred during shipping are the liability of the freight companies. we will attempt to work with the shipping carrier to obtain compensation for any damage claims then credit them to the buyer, but we cannot be held liable for their actions.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Returns will not be accepted under the following parameters: The item or items are damaged by the customer. Damages include hair, animal hair, smoke smell, stain, ripped tag/removed tag. The item was purchased on Clearance. The item is less than $25 wholesale. The RA number is not on the return lead package.

SHIPPING DISCREPANCIES: Outer carton/damaged package discrepancies must be reported with 3 business days. You are also required to notify the shipping company immediately. Do not open damaged packages or you will not be credited for damaged or missing inventory. Items missing from a shipment due to fulfillment error must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. we follows a very strict order fulfillment procedure with few mistakes, but mistakes do occur and we sincerely regret our errors. Replacement merchandise, where applicable, will be invoiced free of charge, however, freight charges will still apply if replacement product is requested.
